The Hollins House Restaurant is one of the best-kept secrets in Santa Cruz. Nestled atop of the Pasatiempo Golf Course overlooking one of the most marvelous views of Monterey Bay. From here you can see, the green of Pasatiempo Golf Course, the city of Santa Cruz, Boardwalk and Wharf, the blue of Monterey Bay, and across the bay to Pacific Grove. However, the view is not the only attraction to be found at the Hollins House, it’s the fine food and exceptional drinks. Executive Chef, Anthony Kresge and Chef de Cuisine, Ryan Soden ensure the dinner menu offerings are always mouthwatering and made with the freshest seasonal ingredients.
